PBC had opened discussions in early March in 2019 with Mapperdonian Broadcasting Union in order to become a member of the union. The corporation has been taken up on the 7th March, 2019 and joined the Mappervision Song Contest immediately. After the revival of the Linguavision Song Contest on 9 May 2020, PBC had expressed it's interest in participating in the 25th edition, and eventually doing so.
Pannonia was the first, and as of September 2021 the only country to win both Mappervision and Linguavision in the same month, this being the editions of February 2021.
