History

Starymglia, also known as the Empire of Starym, or Starym for short, is a sovereign minecraft nation located in Europe along the mediterranean coast and into the continent, with colonies in South America. Located in this position, the nation borders The Greater Aragan State to the north and theMaple Union to the south.

Starym is an Absolute Diarchy with a Cohort Senate system of governance. The diarches are Fedex and Batran, whom have reigned the nation and it's chain of ancestors up to 27th April, 2015, making it the longest reigning diarches over a nation in the server history. It was formed from 5 traditional Cohorts of Harinia (now Praetoria), Imperia, France, Darmia, and Pananthaea. The capital of Starym is Lyvonis, a major city and historical site with a population of three players, one of the largest in Europe and tied for the largest in Starym with Istra, which is also one of the other major cities in Starym, along with Rome and Cataan. Starym currently and officially consists of five MAIN cohorts, Praetoria ( formerly named Harinia),Imperia (Cohort) , Pananthaea , France (Cohort) and Keem.

History[]

Starymglia as a Nationstate (EW4)[]

Organization Period[]

In Earth World 4, the former Praetorian Order had the undecided name of Pretyrs. The nation swiftly claimed it's former land and established itself, while Fedex and his companions moved out to El Valle. This would not be all roses, as shortly afterwards, Fedex would declare independence, and leave Batran as the sole ruler of Starym, while the Eesti Wars went down.

Estonian Era[]

After the Eesti Wars, Starym would have a four level jurisdiction with Batran and Fedex at the top, with Multi coming in third and Freezepond at fourth, during this period, the Baltic division of Starym heavily developed while Iberia and the Harinia cohort fell into stagnation, Imperia also evolved during this period. The country kept grewing under the rising tensions of the world. During this time, the Malta War occurs, with Josh attacking Multi ; and therefore Starym, for Malta. The war is a terrible defeat for Josh, and Malta is destroyed.

Later on, Josh comes back in May 21th against the Entente nations coming to loot Tallinn, and with the entire server against him, Josh suffers a defeat once again. But this would not be the end for Josh's wars, as he would continue to loot Tallinn, and eventually cause a larger conflict.

World War One[]

On the 29th of May, Josh loots Tallinn again, but this time, Fedex wouldn't have it, he demands the location of Josh's base, but Mat would not let him get the information, and declares war on Starym and attacks Tallinn, France, Starym's ally, comes to the aid, Armyima also joins on Lapania's side, and the war turns into MAD. Fedex launches an offensive into Vasque City, and gets banned for " breaking over 9 stacks " (a ban that was confirmed unfair and power-abusing), Starym lost a lot of ground during the conflict, but the resistance never went away, about two hours, Fedex is unbanned and the war is on again, by this time, Lapania had gone wreckless, and Armyima and Starym turned against the Lapanians and destroyed their empire which would never come back or restore it's former glory. To Starym and the rest of the world, the war had no true winner, although it could be said that it was a Starymglian victory, due to the fall of Lapania. Soon after, Canuck declares independence.

Karpostyr Era/Aragan War[]

Fedex broke away from Starym to get revenge on their former enemies and joined Hyprion, which would unite with Starym to become Karpostyr. Later on, Fedex declared independence yet again. on June the 4th, Araga declares war on Starym, with an original victory, Fedex and his troops turn the tables on Araga and causes the war to get limited to Vasque yet again, and the city experiences heavy griefings that would only be topped by the floodings of world war two.

EW4 Endgame[]

After the Aragan War, the nation goes into peace until the end of the world, marked by events like the declaration of independence of the Tallinn Empire and the annexation of France, and later on Jay's War.

Earth World 5[]

After the events of Earth World 4, Starym as a nation has been strengthened and a name change is no longer in order, after a day of peace, Starym goes to war against Algeria and sieges Algiers, due to Fedex warning Creator not to steal from someone one more time or 'he'll get fucked', the war was a decissive Starym victory, joined by people from other nations , and until this day (25th of July of 2017), the city is still in ruins. In the same day, The Iberian Canal is dug out of the Pyrinees and France with international cooperation. But the peace wouldn't be long lasting, as some days later the first conflict arises between the now world-class superpower of Araga, when Panananthaea threatens to join them, the situation is brought down and Pananthaea stuck with Starym up until this day, although the problem would come up again. A week after the start, Starym's vassals are integrated back into the nation, bringing Imperia and Keem in.

On December the 10th, Starym declares war on Mylcinon after Finn breaks Fedex's base to Pez, and Pez gives it out to everyone, after moving bases, Fedex goes on a manhunt for Mylcinon, shortly after it was found, and war was declared. The Mylcinon capital was detonated, looted and griefed, even if Mylcinonians claimed that the chests were emptied, the city was very much recently active.

But even if so, nearing the end of earth world 5, the brink of tensions between Araga and Starym would come to a close.

World War Two []

On January the 2nd, Araga was preparing to war against Starym after a 'prank' of occupying Vasque, with secret military tunnels being dug under Lyvonis by Extra, on January the 4th, the inevitable happens. But before this, Multi warned Fedex of the upcoming war minutes before the declaration, and says that he was going to work with the Aragans to achieve Imperian independence, but that he had changed minds, but it was too late for that, Araga declares war on Starym, and the war is on. Initially, the Aragans had the element of surprise and the backing of the PAU, but the PAU retreats from the field after the First battle of Lyvonis, resulting in an Aragan partial occupation of the city, watching the city perish, Fedex decided to retreat and launcher a Counter-Offensive in Vasque, with his army on his side, and the aragans kicked out of Lyvonis and guarnitioned by Batran, Fedex and his army marched into Vasque, and the Second Battle of Vasque was on, The Starymglians fought the aragans non-stop for half an hour, Vasque was flooded by the Starymglians, as Aragan morale went on a downwards spiral as Vasque came apart in a matter of an hour, after most Aragans logged off, Tomad surrendered, and the war was over. The victory for Starym in this war was costly, but marked who would have the supremacy over europe for the remaining part of EW5. But no, a day later, the Aragans break the peace treaty and declare war again, only to sign one about an hour after. And on late January, with Araga humilliated and activity hitting all-time lows, the world ends, but the story isn't over, as Araga and the PAU would come back stronger in EW6, ready to face the ever-stagnating Empire of Starym.
