The MIFF 2018 Confederations Cup was the 3rd edition of the MIFF Confederations Cup, an international men's football tournament organized by MIFF.

Aliezza and Lygossia Nogai was announced as the host on 6 October 2018 after the country was awarded the hosting rights of the 2019 MIFF World Cup. The matches were played in four different stadiums across four cities: Istanbul, Krasnodar, Qogoyuz and Piraeus. It was the first time the Confederations Cup are being held in the European continent.

In the group stage, each team played two games in a group of three, with the winners and runners-up from each group advancing to the knockout stage. In the knockout stage, the four teams competed in single-elimination matches.

Qualified teams[]

The eight competing teams were: the co-hosts, the reigning World Cup champions, the nation with most wins in Monthly Cups and the four holders of the confederation championships. If any team qualified for multiple times, the next best placed team from their continental championship qualifies.

The winning nation of African Cup, Atlas, was supposed to take part of the tournament but because they were kicked from the tournament, the runner-up Canary Islands took their place.
