Karanese Premierliiga is a Karanese professional football league. At the top of the Karanese football system, it is the country's primary football competition. It is contested by 18 clubs, operating a system of promotion and relegation with the Karanese Šempionatt. Seasons run from March to December or April to January¹, with teams playing 34 games each. The league is currently ranked 13th in Europe in the UEFA league rankings.

The history of the Karanese football league began at the middle of the 20th century. Veturi Romaaki is the most successful team in the league with 13 cups.
