Grenada is a country in the Caribbean Sea. Its capital and largest city is St. George's. Most Grenadians speak English, English Creole, or French Creole.

Grenada was an Associated State of the British Empire from March 3, 1967, until complete independence from the United Kingdom in February 7, 1974. Grenada was a Marxist-Leninist Socialist State during the cold war from 1979 - 1983. Its current constitution was adopted on December 4, 1984.
