A world, in which corruption has consumed many countries. Others have fallen, but from the shadows of History, fascism re-emerges. The world has grown deadlier than ever and it is your job to either stop it or contribute to it.

This all started on 2011. During the Arab Spring a group of Syrian protestors which opposed the Assad regime organized a rebellion and soon rebelled against Syria. Seeing this as an opportunity to establish a Caliphate, ISIL decides to join the Civil War in not only Syria but Also Iraq. ISIS starts destroying historical sites in Iraq and kills civilians, this leads the USA to fight ISIS rather then supporting the Syrian Rebels. In reaction to ISIS, Kurdish fighters join the war and quickly takes lands from ISIS in Northern Syria and Iraq. Russia and Iran intervene in the war in favor of Assad, then Turkey joins the war fighting against ISIS. In 2017 Donald J. Trump is made president of the United States of America, later in April of that same year, the USA launches missiles against Syria, some Americans were not happy with Trump's actions in Syria and some riots occur in Texas and California. However, nothing major happens. In 2018, ISIS is defeated and Kurdistan is given Independence, from parts of Turkey, Iraq and Syria. Iraq is also divided between Persia, Saudi Arabia and Kurdistan. Lebanon is divided between Israel and Syria. Despite ISIS being defeated, the Syrian Civil War is still happening. However, Trump decides to retreat from the Middle East. This causes Russia and Persia to easily aid Assad and defeat the Syrian Rebels. In 2018 Scotland has a second referendum and a majority of the Scottish population decides to leave the United Kingdom, while in Spain Catalonia has a similar referendum in which around 75% of the population said they wanted to leave Spain. However, the referendum was made invalid by Spain, this lead to Catalonia forming a rebellion in order to leave Spain, this causes the Spanish to be severely weakened due to Catalonia being where most of Spain's economy was focused on, Basque and Galicia declared independence.

No Nuclear Weapons are allowed as they can be quite unfair to other players who don't have them.
Don't be extremely overpowered. This can lead to nations or NPC's to create a coalition against you. Not only this but you can also get rebels, if you expand rapidly into countries with different cultures or a different religion the yours.
Example: Hungary invades and annexes Slovenia, Croatia and Romania on the same turn.
A sudden undemocratic change of government will result in public unrest or even a revolution, unless you change from authoritarian to democratic government
Invading a nation without a casus belli on them will make other nations more likely to form a coalition against you. To avoid this, try finding a casus belli, for example if a country has lands that historically where yours then you have the Reconquest casus belli against them.
Fascist and Communist nations have a higher chance of other nations forming a coalition against them if they expand too rapidly.
If your nation is defeated, you can rejoin as another nation.
If you're playing as a fascist nation, you cannot change your government from fascist to communist or a democratic government. The only way to do this is by having a rebellion or by a peace treaty.
Don't deliberately abuse this rule by asking other players to invade you in order to change your ideology.
If you join as a vassal you have to obey your overlord, but you can join as a rebellion instead to try to gain Independence
The outcome of a war/battle is decided based on each nation's military and the terrain, for example if your troops invade a country which is Mountainous such as Afghanistan, the defender which in this case if Afghanistan will gain a slight bonus.. This also means that the amount of land occupied will also be decided on each nation's military.

History
Independence: As Trump continued to establish his conservative regime over America, California, along with their friends in Texas, New England, and Alaska, were forced to secede from the union. The war was long, lasting three years (2019-2023). Trump started using MOABs in 2022, leading to an international coalition against the United States. On January 23rd 2023, at 2323 hours, President Donald Trump signed the treaty of Chicago, acknowledging that California, Alaska, Texas, and New England are independent entities, and accepting his forced resignation.

Republic: When California gained independence, the threat was finally over. And California immediately set itself on the world stage. They economically outpaced many other nations, leading the world in science and technology. However, social reform was also sweeping the fledgling nation. People were becoming more cautious, saving more, as global warming became more of a certainty. In 2026, the Green party and the Libertarian party both tied in the election, forcing them to rule jointly. This lead to massive reforms in the Republic, eventually leading to the technocracy.
Technocracy: The Californian technocracy wasn't any technocracy. It was a green technocracy. People became more and more secular and inclined to know that global warming is real. The technocracy also pushed for technological reform in the nation, attracting high profile companies. One of which was Google. Between 2030 and 2034, Google helped California push their economy up past Italy and Germany, cementing their value on the world stage. However, in the background, Google was also pushing for greater control over California. This was successful when the CEO of Alphabet (Google's parent company) became the High Councilwoman of California, effectively merging the two and creating the technocratic corporatocracy.
Corporatocracy: As much as the formation of the Corporatocracy highlighted libertarian values, the High Councilwoman pushed for centrism. She kept green policies, being a firm supporter of the green ideology herself, but she felt that America has a specific interest in her nation. In 2036, California (now Pacifica) started conscription, started buying tanks from overseas, and used its large manufacturing base to construct high-level tech weapons. Landmines were placed along the Pacifican border, and the High Councilwoman waited cautiously for America to react.
Government: High Councilwoman Marianne Adams, seeing that the militarization is going well, starts implementing the three year Better Pacifica programme, as well as addressing some social and cultural issues.
Better Pacifica: The Better Pacifica programme is a group of policies created by the High Councilwoman and ratified by both the Greater Council and Lesser Council. They attempt to move the nation forward with automation, while fixing issues such as unemployment and a small job market. It also opens the door for new kinds of education. She also wants to address income inequality, mostly due to the fact that there are three trillionaires in the world, with two of them in Pacifica. In 2040, the High Councilwoman will be starting plans to improve the transportation system. Transportation has changed a lot, and so the High Councilwoman has come up with plans to modernize the transportation system in Pacifica.
Auto-Vehicles: The self-driving vehicles came into fruition in the late 2010s, and became very popular throughout the 20s and 30s. In order to alleviate traffic accidents, self driving vehicles will become a forced reality, with many types of normal vehicles being banned in major cities. Traffic accidents are reported to reduce by 4000% after the implementation, with the High Councilwoman pushing the Lesser Congress for the acquisition of the popular vote around the issue. As of December 2040, 54% support the expansion of self-driving areas, with some concerns regarding hacking and unemployment as a result of this phenomenon. These will be addressed in later stages.
High Speed Rail: The High Councilwoman wants better connection between Pacifican cities. Therefore, she will invest $300 billion in constructing over 7600 km of additional rail lines, giving 90% of the population access to the network. Along with being more energy efficient and cheaper, advances in design and technology are boosting train speeds by hundreds of miles per hour, making them competitive with flight schedules in many cases. The very fastest routes will now included trains traveling at over 1000 km/h (625 mph). Maglev routes will also be expanded significantly, especially along the coast.
Hypersonic Airliners: Following decades of research and development, a new generation of aeroplanes is entering commercial service.* These aircraft have a cruising speed of Mach 5 – or about 3800 mph – enabling them to fly from Europe to Australia in less than four hours. With a range of more than 20,000 km (12,000 miles) they can perform this journey without refueling and have excellent subsonic and supersonic fuel efficiency, thus avoiding the problems inherent in earlier supersonic aircraft. Another advantage is that, while the 150 metre-long designs are bigger than previous jets, they are actually lighter than Boeing 747s and can utilise conventional runways. They have moderate take-off noise, too. They lack windows, however. The heat generated by traveling so fast makes it difficult to install windows that are not too heavy. One solution to this problem has been the installation of flat screen displays, showing images of the scene outside.
Technology
Space Pacifica: Once the famous 'Space X', Space Pacifica is now one of the most successful space programs in the world.
Asteroid Mining: Asteroid Mining – once considered science fiction – became a reality in the 2020s. Critics had doubted that such operations were feasible, pointing to the huge costs involved. However, the majority of materials mined by Space Pacifica were destined for use in space, avoiding the enormous fuel costs of repeatedly returning to and escaping from Earth's gravitational field. In addition, servicing of communications satellites would earn them $5-8 million per month. They also had tremendous public support and involvement through crowdfunding, for example, along with teams of ex-NASA staff who were highly experienced. Initially confined to near-Earth asteroids, these operations have been expanded by the early 2030s to include a number of rocks in the main asteroid belt, between Mars and Jupiter. This region contains over a billion times more metal than exists on Earth, along with virtually endless supplies of water-ice, vastly expanding the potential for commercial exploitation.

Luna Pacifica: A number of Pacifican ventures have successfully constructed the first human settlements on the Moon. This marks a significant milestone during a period of accelerated development in space, which has seen major technological advancements and the increased commercialisation of human space flight. Despite the current upheaval being seen around the world as a result of climate change and other issues, public participation via the proliferation of information technology and the promised resources of outer space have succeeded in renewing public interest in human exploration. Over the past decade, Space Pacifica has been planning meticulously to beat the United States in their own game. By the early 2030s, Space Pacifica had built a small station in lunar orbit. Also constructed were a series of robotic bases for remote surface exploration. This was finally followed by the first manned bases on the lunar surface in 2039. In many cases, construction is made easier and cheaper thanks to advanced 3D printing. This makes it possible to forge new tools, spare parts and even components for entire buildings, using the lunar regolith as construction material. The poles are the most favoured regions for settlement, having the twin advantages of both (a) permanently illuminated spots for near-continuous solar power, and (b) permanently shadowed craters known to contain water and other volatiles. This is a result of the Moon's axis of rotation.
Kinetic Orbital Strike Weaponry: The High Councilwoman has pushed Space Pacifica into starting military operations in space. One of such ventures are Kinetic Orbital Strikes. A kinetic orbital strike is the hypothetical act of attacking a planetary surface with an inert projectile, where the destructive force comes from the kinetic energy of the projectile impacting at very high velocities. Kinetic bombardment has the advantage of being able to deliver projectiles from a very high angle at a very high speed, making them extremely difficult to defend against. In addition, projectiles would not require explosive warheads, and—in the simplest designs—would consist entirely of solid metal rods, giving rise to the common nickname "Rods from God". The first satellites have already been launched, and so the KOSW will be ready for use by mid-2041.

Energy Pacifica: The High Councilwoman authorizes for the advent of fusion power and energy islands.
Fusion Power: A prototype commercial fusion reactor is entering its final phase of operation. DEMO (DEMOnstration Power Plant) is the successor to ITER and has built on the success of that project, achieving a number of major breakthroughs. Among the earlier problems which have now been solved are: containing the plasma at high enough temperatures, maintaining a great enough density of reacting ions, and capturing high-energy neutrons from the reaction without melting the walls of the interior. Constructed from 2024 to 2033, DEMO is now close to being perfected, having undergone several years of testing, expansion and upgrades. Later this decade, it will produce a sustained output of two gigawatts (GW), making fusion commercially available for the first time.
Energy Islands: Pacifica has suffered from chronic water shortages due to the effects of climate change and overpopulation. Higher global temperatures are causing lakes, wells and reservoirs to run dry, even as populations continue to rise. One strategy being used to alleviate this crisis involves compact, floating "energy islands". These combine offshore power generation with desalination plants. First demonstrated in the 2010s, significant numbers are now being deployed in tropical coastal areas, where conditions are ideal for ocean thermal energy conversion (OTEC). Each island is hexagonal in shape and interlocked with other islands, forming artificial archipelagos. Wind turbines and concentrated solar power are installed on the topsides – while on the undersides, flash-evaporated seawater is used to drive turbine generators, in turn producing drinkable water. A single 250-megawatt OTEC plant can meet the energy demands of 250,000 households and provide 600 million litres of drinkable water each day. Surplus water is used to support local agriculture and industry. These islands also feature housing developments, fish farms, greenhouses and eco-tourism complexes, in addition to the water and power production facilities.
Pacifica Natare: The High Councilwoman expects these energy islands to be mass produced, to the point where Pacifica can abandon their land completely and move onto the sea. This will take many decades, however.
Smart Laser Defence System: Pacifican scientists are developing a new defence system, called SLFS (Smart Laser Defence Systems) which is a virtual gate made around the border of the country that is able to recognize friendly and enemy soldiers/vehicles, and destroy the enemies with a powerful laser, the system is planned to be finished and installed in some borders in the next three years. A “sky version” against enemy planes is also on the study.
Economy: In modern California, it is estimated to be ~2.2 trillion USD in 2017. With the advent of the technocracy, the green revolution, and the great expanded wealth of Pacifica, it is now estimated that in 2040 the GDP of Pacifica is ~7.6 trillion USD. It relies on tech businesses and manufacturing mainly for economy.
Infrastructure: Lots of building and planning.
Cities
Los Angeles: Los Angeles is one of the world's centres of media, business, and international trade. Los Angeles (and its Hollywood district) leads the world in producing entertainment such as motion pictures, television, and recorded music. The population of Los Angeles increased from three million in 2017 to 11 million in 2040, the fastest growing cities in North America. This is mainly due to immigration, as Los Angeles boasts a record of attraction. Los Angeles is attempting to combat major overpopulation issues, mostly with the expansion of the city limits. the High Councilwoman has considered creating a Greater Los Angeles region.
San Diego: San Diego is the military capital of Pacifica, hosting a number of military bases and holding one of the two Pacifican Aircraft Carriers. The population increased from 1.4 million to 4.5 million over the 23 years. Again, this is due to immigration. However, growth has been speeding up, and so the mayor of San Diego has started a massive housing project in the centre of the city, with compact apartments which are stylish and tidy.
San Jose: San Jose is often dubbed the "capital of Silicon Valley", due to the massive technological growth occurring there. The population of San Jose increases from one million to three million over the 25 years. San Jose is also the diplomatic capital of Pacifica, where many politicians now reside.
San Francisco: San Francisco is a popular international tourist destination renowned for its beauty, cosmopolitan flair, steep rolling hills, and eclectic mix of Victorian and modern architecture. The population of San Francisco increases from 870,000 to two million over the 25 years.
Fresno: Fresno is at the heart of the San Joaquin Valley, a leading agricultural area of Pacifica and the world. The population of San Francisco increases from 870,000 to two million over the 25 years.
Sacramento: Sacramento has been the state capital of California since 1854, and the nation's capital since 2023. The population of the capital has increased from 500,000 to 1.5 million over 23 years. Sacramento is currently undergoing expansion in order to cope with the National Resettlement Program.
Nuclear Bunkers: Major public nuclear bunkers are constructed in all major urban areas, with tests occurring three times a year.
National Resettlement Program: The NRP is a program designed for Los Angeles, attempting to decrease the population of Los Angeles and create a market for Sacramentan housing.
Population: The population of California was 40 million in 2017. Due to tourism, the creation of new jobs, and the rise of Pacifica to the world stage, the population is now 70 million in 2040. However, this is expected to decline as immigration slows due to new immigration policies. Pacifica does not have a declining population yet, mostly due to social cohesion and the success of the portrayal of families in Pacifican culture.
Culture: Pacifica is mostly 'American', although a small proportion of the population is Chinese, Japanese and Indian. Pacifica has attracted many high skilled workers from these regions, and they have brought their cultures with them. This has resulted in a slight spike in nationalism and fascism. The Greater Congress has attempted to rectify this situation by making immigration selective, only accepting high-skilled workers who's skill set is in demand in Pacifica.
Religion: With religion, Pacifica has stayed secular for decades, since its inception, but has always leaned toward the atheist side, due to the nation's massive scientific base and community. This has not changed; in fact, the country is getting more and more atheistic every year, with religions losing more and more followers and privileges.
Military: The High Councilwoman continues to expand the military, incorporating the military into homeless shelters, employment-seeking facilities, and schools. She also continues to increase the output of the manufacturing base.
Militech: The High Councilwoman authorizes the roll out of special military projects, now completed. She finally rolls out special military projects. First, she rolls out EXS-35 Exosuits, which have the ability to jump, run, and climb farther distances about three times that of a normal soldier. She also rolls out the ASR-44, an assault rifle which jams less, shoots numerous types of bullets, and is interchangeable. These are both revolutionary in the world. The TK-37 is one of the best tanks in the world, but these models are still undergoing experimentation. The TK-32 is in current use. The TK-32 is a tank that has sloped armour, speeds of 50 miles per hour, and can hold 21 shells. The TK-32 also has the Railgun model II on it, after designs tested in 2037 were updated. The TK-32 is a four-man crew: the driver, the commander, the infantry gunner, the Railgun user. The Class-28 Aircraft Carrier is the main aircraft carrier used by Pacifica, with enough to hold 250 sailors, 750 soldiers, and 150 planes, and has Railgun and anti-aircraft defences. Conflicts: In order to become more economically powerful, the Greater Congress vetoes the Lesser Congress' decision to demilitarize, and starts preparing for war.

Backstory: It all started back in 2018 when the Great Oil Crisis broke out. Relations were going mad between the United States and Iran due to Iran's increasingly militant behaviour. Although the two countries did try to negotiate but it failed horribly and Iran even threatened to close the Hormuz Strait where most of the world's oil flows through One day, however, Iran demanded the USA once again to withdraw all of its sanctions or they will close the Hormuz Strait. The USA refused so Iran decided to finally close it thus causing the Great Oil Crisis. Chaos took over all of the world and radical parties were getting increasingly popular and in 2022 the Japanese Front - a fascist party in Japan - has won the election with 56.4% of the votes. Although they did still not have the oil but they were able to maintain order on the streets and they were working towards cheap ways of renewable energy sources. In the end Japan decided to utilize biofuel and waste heat as its main energy sources and while other countries have barely recovered from the crisis Japan managed to conquer Korea, Kamchatka, Sakhalin (because they became independent from Russia) and even some of China as it fell into a civil war due to its inability to handle the crisis.
Government: The current leader of Japan is Kobayashi Mitsukuni. He rules the country along with a

few advisors. However, the leader has the final say in every issue. Although Japan used to have an emperor back in the times of the old government but the entire royal family was killed back in 2022 when the fascists won the election.
Immigration:Immigration is completely banned with a few exceptions such as foreign diplomats and people whom the government deems useful. Although Japan is an authoritarian fascist dictatorship but it still manages to attract many foreign scientists as the government is highly supportive of their hard work. However, these people have to wear a yellow cockade so that Japanese people would know they're scientists who will contribute to Japan's greatness and not some foreign parasites who would suck off the country's wealth. Although this might seem strange or even outright discrimination. However, illegal immigrants are dealt with high levels of brutality so this method actually protects scientists.
Genetics:
Birth Superiority Law: According to this law if a fetus is discovered to have any genetic disorders the mother has to go through an abortion. If she refuses then she's executed and her family is being discriminated against. However, on the other hand, if someone suffers an accident that causes the person to become handicapped then the person is still allowed to live his normal life. However, if the accident caused any incurable brain damages then the person is forced to have euthanasia.
The East Asian Theory: According to the East Asian Theory the Chinese, Japanese and the Korean people are all actually the same and they just happened to be isolated from each other a long time ago which is why they developed their own languages. Japan's government can be can be described a a Pan-East Asianist one due to its intention of uniting these people into one country.
Education: Children are taught propaganda starting in kindergarten. In school they are mostly focusing on math and other science subjects and on biology lessons they are taught the East Asian Theory as a fact. Because of this, the younger citizens of the country show the highest level of support toward the system. When children reach 12 they are taught how to use guns. PE lessons are also important and are a lot harsher than in many other countries to make sure the country has strong and healthy soldiers.
Secret Police: With the help of the secret police the government is able to find anyone who opposes the government (or just any normal criminals) and catch them before they could cause too much trouble. These people who get caught are usually interrogated but without any use of torture and anyone who's found to be torturing the interrogated gets immediately fired. Instead the government prefers to use psychological tricks to get the information it wants but after they told what we needed they get beaten up, humiliated and secretly executed anyway. The government is also secretly implanting microchips into its newborn citizens if they aren't Japanese.
Minorities: Lands inhabited by non-Japanese people are being settled by Japanese people. Although the East Asian Theory is used to keep our country in one piece but since many people are skeptical about it the government decided to encourage settlement into conquered territories by cheap housing, low taxes and great work opportunities. Although the country is going through a Japanification process but minorities themselves aren't oppressed as it would completely discredit the East Asian Theory. Due to the factors mentioned above in the previous sectors Japan is able to keep order in its lands as people either support the system or are too afraid to do anything. The government is generally loved by Japanese and North Korean citizens but feared by the Chinese (although Japan has a Russian minority but they don't really care). The reason for this is that under the fascist regime the country was saved from becoming a third-world country and because the fascists made Japan into a great power once again and the reason for North Koreans loving the system is that they see Japan as a liberator from the brutal oppression of their previous government. The reason why North Koreans feel like this is the fact that they are allowed a lot more freedom in Japan than in North Korea (they're basically equal to Japanese people due to the East Asian Theory) and the other reason is that when Japanese troops entered North Korea they treated the locals well on the conquered territories so this way claiming Japan as the liberator of North Korea sounds credible to North Koreans. And the reason why South Koreans and Chinese citizens are afraid is the bad historical relations in the past and the fact that they know they will suffer if All forms of media are completely state owned and the only private involvement that is allowed is companies advertising their products during commercials but even those are somewhat restricted and the government upholds its right to ban anything that it declares "decadent" or "unrightful criticism of the state".
Demographics: The population of Japan is 254.6 million. From that, Koreans make up about 69.3 million people which is around 27% of the population and there are also five million Chinese living in Japan thus making up around 2% of the population. Although the original population of the Chinese territories of Japan was around 18 million but when the Japanese forces invaded many of them fled before the Japanese forces could arrive while the rest were either made to embrace the East Asian theory by our propaganda machine or illegally escaped from Japan. Meanwhile, the remaining 167.3 million people of the population are Japanese. Although the Japanese population was expected to decrease but due to mass propaganda encouraging big families and the huge amounts of money that big families get Japan was able to regain its fertility with an average fertility of 4.6 for the Japanese people.

As the Manchurian army was caught off guard and the Japanese military is superior anyway we manage to capture all of the former Russian lands in Manchuria and take over the regions of Jinzhou, Rehe West Xing'an and many other and Japanese forces even manage to push the Manchurian army out of cities such as Baicheng, Yitulihe and Harbin and the Japanese army is currently besieging Qiqihar.
Economy: The Japanese economy became highly self sufficient under fascist rule thus it became extremely resistant to embargoes. Although private companies are still allowed to exist but there are some sectors that are completely state controlled. Fully state controlled economic sectors include Arms Manufacturing, banking, construction and agriculture while all the other sectors are shared by private companies and the state.
Synthetic Materials: As Japan has very few natural resources and even countries with abundant resources find their resource production depleting Japan decided to invent synthetic materials so that they wouldn't have to import. The technology was invented just a few years ago in 2036 but it's already a significant factor in the Japanese economy and has greatly reduced Japanese imports.
Agriculture: Thanks to global warming the once cold wastelands of Kamchatka became just right for agriculture. As Japan has a huge population to take care of it decided to turn Kamchatka into its main agricultural region that is used to feed its population.

The Nationalists are basically the echoes of the Trumpian government and is run by not by some random person, but Gozo himself (so there's no primaries). Gozo appointed Raymond Allen Francis as Vice President candidate of the Nationalist Party in the 2040 elections. Then there's the Democrats and Libertarians doing all the stuff as the typical Demo-Rep candidates do. However, with Gozo's massive speeches,by the end of October have boosted his support to a mere 32.1% but the elections shows he has 36.9% electoral votes required to secure his position.
Laws: Much of Trumpian policies were averted in the 2020s to 2030s but Gozo intends to return them and even plan to change the constitution to have a president receiving three terms instead of two. There has being massive "anti-terrorism" laws in place since Trump's presidency and was never repealed in case of a major terrorist attack was handed out, whether it is funded by outside (state-sponsored) or by terrorist organisations. Conscription also became legal with a five year drafting compulsory for those unemployed in the Trumpian administration, along with compulsory training laws for them. Gun ownership is also banned unless you have a licence and approved by the local government, looked upon heavily and reserved for the military, the police and licensed, only in the mid-late 2020s due to fears that they can use it for massacres or any such issues potentially such as the case with Sandy Hook in 2011. Backstory (Why not): The official backstory doesn't give much to India or China. The 21st century was a good century for India. We sat up work for poor people and made it easier for them to join the army. We focused on making and sharing wealth to our people and we set more tariffs on foreign goods.

Economy: With recent horrible devaluations of our currency compared to other currencies, as well as recent record-high inflation, our Sultan provides a number of policies to fix both problems. The first policy is to increase interest rates through the Federal Reserve. The Federal Reserve's rate is the rate at which banks borrow money from the government, but, in order to make money, they must lend it at higher rates. So, when the Federal Reserve increases its interest rate, banks have no choice but to increase their rates as well. When banks increase their rates, less people want to borrow money because it costs more to do so if that money accrues interest. So, spending drops, prices drop and inflation slows. The second method is to increase reserve requirements on the amount of money banks are legally required to keep on hand to cover withdraws. The more money banks are required to hold back, the less they have to lend to consumers. If they have less to lend, consumers will borrow less, which will decrease spending. The third method is to directly or indirectly reduce the money supply by enacting policies that encourage reduction of the money supply. Two examples of this include calling in debts that are owed to the government and increasing the interest paid on bonds so that more investors will buy them. The latter policy raises the exchange rate of the currency due to higher demand and, in turn, increases imports and decreases exports. All of these policies will reduce the amount of money in circulation because the money will be going from banks, companies and investors pockets and into the government’s pocket where they can control what happens to it.

Using our foothold in Port Sudan, we immediately begin a spider web to Khartoum, and in the north, we send 650,000 soldiers in a traditional line formation to take the north and stop any chances of Sudanese invasion. At 4:37 PM, July 29th, 2040, the Battle of Khartoum ends and it is captured by the Egyptian military. We immediately begin air dropping in supplies to the major cities we've captured, with Egyptian troops bringing food and medicine to the people of these cities, increasing support.

The Muscat Rebellion[]
The Rebellion Leadership:
Backstory of Saudi Arabia: The Saudi Army continued its war on Yemen for another few years with no developments in combat. Finally in 2019, with the help of its western allies, Saudi was able to launch WMD into Yemeni Territory. While not using Nuclear Bombs, they did use Chemical Weaponry and Some Biological Weapons. This received lots of criticism from the people but not by the UNSC world leaders of the time due to Saudi Oil bonuses presented by the Saudis. The USA Vetoed an anti-Saudi Resolution and saved them from an international attack. The Houthi rebellions went dormant and changed their Identity and lived on in Yemen, vowing to strike again when the time and situation is right. In Bahrain, revolutionaries succeeded in creating the new Bahraini Republic in the year 2021. The republic was short-lived, however, since the Saudis quickly declared war on them after three months of their establishment. This war was filled with the genocide of the Shias in Bahrain. About 10% of the Shias in Bahrain were killed. The remaining were filled with bitter resentment towards the Saudis. After these two forceful annexations, the Wahhabis in nearby countries started revolting to join the Saudi Country. The Successful Rebellions were in Jordan and Qatar which joined the Saudi Country in 2027 and 2029 respectively. These rebellions were not supported by the majority of the Locals. However, the Saudi Army proceeded to stop any counter-rebellion. Oman and the UAE, the two remaining countries of the Peninsula, allied together to help defend each other. However, this alliance was not lasting as the Saudi Army, with the help of their western allies engaged in warfare with the newly made alliance. Many international protocols were broken in the War of the Peninsula. However, the Oman-UAE side lost all their lands by the year 2036 in a six-year war. The forceful annexation of Oman and UAE was not viewed well by the people, especially after the Saudi Prosecution of Ibadis, Shias and Tolerant Sunnis, due to the not being part of the Wahhabi sect. With the Eastern side of Iraq being taken by the Persians, the Western side remained weak. The Saudis used this as an opportunity to rival Persia and show their power. This region of Iraq was taken in a mere 400 days in a war that took place in 2037-2038.
Backstory of The Muscat Rebellion Group: The Independence Hacking Group was a large hacking group that hacked many Saudi Government Websites and Facilities. It was founded in 2037, with the start of the 400-day war. They gathered information on many of the Saudi plans and research, while also leaking their horrendous crimes. The group gained many supporters, with about three million supporters and members. However, on the 12th of August 2038, 2000 members of the group were captured and discovered by the Saudi Secret Service (SSS). They were all beheaded publicly. This increased the hatred for the Saudis. The plan on killing off the Independence group backfired, since the The Muscat Rebellion, the renamed Independence group and the new political movement group, was now more successful and had around four million members and many more supporters and sympathizers. These people are concentrated around the regions of: Yemen, Oman, UAE, Qatar, Bahrain and the Eastern Province of Saudi. The group stands to provide independence for the occupied regions and people and to provide equality for all the subsects of Islam. Much of the support comes from the religious minorities such as the Shias, the Ibadis, the Christians and the Tolerant Sunnit (Non-Wahhabi). The Houthis started accepting the group slowly throughout 2039 and started joining the ranks slowly. They were embraced and accepted on a large scale and were given rights and status.
Act 1:1, The Call to Revolt Act: The Muscat Rebellion Group calls on all the supporters of the Group to rise and revolt peacefully in the Concentrated Regions. All are to have a live-filming team dedicated to them to tape and record all occurences. They are reminded to stay peaceful, or else they will be no different to the Saudi Dogs. The Houthis in Yemen are encouraged to join us on a larger scale and to train our Militants. The groups in Bahrain are told to join in on the rebellion as they have for years. Rebellions are established in the regions mentioned for a whole year and workers are encouraged to go on strike or sabotage their working places if they are government owned.
Operation Falcon: Saudi Air Bases in Oman are infiltrated by the Omani Pilots who support the Muscat Rebellion. These Pilots let in Veteran Houthi Troops inside the Airbase Compound. They sieze control of the Hangar and cause little to no noise. From there, eight aircraft are taken by the Omani Pilots. All Warning systems are turned off on the aircraft. The Houthi Fighters proceed to take out the radar systems in the airbase. About 30 Houthi Troops and 20 Omani Pilots take part in this mission. All Guards were either Muscat Rebellion Supporters, which gave way to our troops, or Saudi Loyalists, which were sniped down by the battle-hardy Houthis. The remaining aircraft were sabotaged and the parts were stolen. All Schematics in the air base were also stolen by the Houthi troopers. These aircraft were taken to the developing base of Al-Tahrir (See Operation Tahrir).
Operation Dhow: The Saudi Navy has many branches. One Branch remains in the Bahraini Islands. With the help of the Bahraini separatists, the Muscat Rebellion has sent 20 Naval Admirals from Bahrain and UAE, along with 70 Houthi Veterans into these naval bases. The Bahraini Separatists created a rebellion at the Island in question, causing a red alert at the base, which called all troops away from the ships. Then, Houthi Troops entered and eliminated all Saudi Loyalist guards. The Houthis used supporters from the inside of the base to clear out the watchtowers of the Loyalists. All Response systems and entrance alert systems were hacked and stopped by the Remnants of the Independence hacking group. The 20 admirals were let in and took command of a single, slightly old warship in the Naval Base. This ship was sent to Socotra. (See Operation Pearl)
Operation Pearl: The Muscat Rebellion has required a piece of land as base for a long time. The best choice, after days of research, was Socotra. Many Muscat Rebellion Operatives were sent to Socotra Secretely aboard civilian aircraft. After mass-purchasing and shipping building equipment to Socotra under an anonymous company, the operatives gained permits under the same company to build an expansion to the island. This Espansion includes an expansion to the airport and many residential areas. After being permitted, the many people of the Muscat Rebellion Group started building. The workers totalled about 20,000 people. A section of the Residential area and the airport was done first. The operatives remained under the name of the company but worked under the Muscat Rebellion Group. The funding for this mission came from the millions of supporters and members of the Muscat Rebellion Group.
Operation Tahrir: The airport in Socotra was named Tahrir (Freedom) and was designed specifically as a secretive aircraft base. The airport houses a secretive military hangar, hidden SAM installations, AA Batteries and a military level Radar. This is all while it also functions as a civillian airport. The materials and funding were provided by the millions of members and supporters. The Anti-Aircraft Weaponry are older technology weaponry, bought in the black market or they are Saudi Weaponry, provided to all airports.

Late People's Republic: As the wars were raging in the Middle East and the European and American Theater was in chaos, Asia was relatively peaceful, at least until 2020. In 2020, due to intensified conflicts between Japan and China in the South China Sea, lead to the breakout of the Third Sino-Japanese War. In the three years long war, China was originally in a winning situation, but due to separatist movements in Tibet, Xinjiang, Inner Mongolia and Manchuria as well as a strong anti-war sentiment in China, Japan managed to turn the tide of the war, leading to the disintegration of the People's Republic of China, as well as the breakaway of Qinghai, Gansu, Sichuan, Shaanxi, Chongqing, Yunnan, Guizhou, Guangxi, Guangdong and Hunan provinces fully or partially in top of the aforementioned ones, leaving China with an almost fully Han Chinese territory.
The Confederation: After the disintegration of the People's Republic, the major families of the PRC managed to save the rest, but the unity of the country has lessened and the internal friction intensified, leading to an increasing crime rate and the oppression of smaller families, creating a loose confederation of provinces (or states at that time), as well as Warlordism in certain areas. Eight Prominent Families / Dukes: Apart from Wang Zedong, eight people participated in the creation of the Empire as leaders, engaged in different fields of technology, so after the Empire was established, they were given the title of Dukes, as well as a title of Duchess (one of them was female). The Eight Prominent Families are: Li (Li Long), Zhang (Zhang Zhenkang), Liu (Liu Shui), Chen (Chen Zhihao), Yang (Yang Ning'er), Zhao (Zhao Zemin), Wu (Wu Ping) and Sun (Sun Lingxin). The influence of the west on Chinese culture has weakened, which lead to the revival of Chinese medicine and Chinese martial arts as well as its countereffect on western medicine and foreign martial arts (especially Japanese and Korean martial arts).
Economy: Because of losing major regions in Central China, especially most of Guangdong, China's lead in economy has weakened enough to push it down from the top. However, with the large amount of reserves, the economy was saved and after the Empire was declared, economical development once again began to speed up, making China's momentum even quicker than before because of the elimination of technical imports. According to current estimates, the Empire's GDP in 2040 is around 14.9 trillion USD.

Military technology: Independent from others, China has developed several major military projects, becoming one of the leaders in technology in the world. Through long efforts, three years ago, the third generation exoskeleton suit WGX-48 had been developed by Chinese scientists, capable of overpowering most Western power suit models. The WGX-48 has two versions, a light one wrapped around the body (WGX-48-A) and a heavy one that looks like an IS (WGX-48-B). In response to the Pacifica ASR-44, the TJB-37 was built, which can neutralize the superiority of the ASR-44, but it is not better than it. With new state of the art technology, the ZZT-13 Railgun Tank was created and is the Empire's most used tank. A major air force upgrade happened a year ago, as the original fighters and bombers were replaced by the new ZD-50 fighter and HZ-42 bomber. China also had a major breakthrough in aircraft carrier technology, upgrading the old aircraft carriers along with the creation of the new ones, nicknaming it Hong Kong-class. Age of Space: For the last decade, Alaska has been very interested in improving space travel. Recently, a new and potential power source for ships has been discovered, Antimatter. Even though it's difficult to produce, a way to preserve it has been discovered and it could easily be made with machinery. The production of Antimatter has begun in already begun in Anchorage, Alaska.
Purification of Alaska: This is a secret project, it is hidden from the public. Currently, there are 30,426 Philipinos in Alaska. However, the government doesn't accept them and classifies them as "Aliens" Most of them are secretly exiled in a huge purge, as well as the blacks (with them being deemed as "American immigrants")

If a citizen is seen literring in public areas then they should be fined and if they refuse to pay the fine then they would be forced to do Community Service for a day. Time is doubled for repeat offenders and those who litter in rural areas.
Hunting: Hunting is allowed if the purpose is to get food, but it has to be done on Hunting Seasons. Those who hunt out of Hunting Seasons get fined expensively and have to serve time in prison depending on how rare the animal hunted is. However, Trophy hunting is banned even if it's in a Hunting Season. Those who hunt as a sport are expected to serve nine years in prison.

Military: The Alaskan Military is being expanded and built very quickly over the time. With huge effort and huge funding going into the military as more people join the army. Chunks of land are dedicated to military training. Military training is also known to be done in various terrains and weathers in order to give soldiers an advantage.
Recruitement and Propaganda: Propaganda stickers fill the street's walls, prompting Alaskan men to join the military. Those who are older than twenty years old are currently not in education or employement must join the army, the homeless are offered jobs in the army.

Soon, the bombs dropped across the island as the Navy fired at the coast and Air force let out their paratroopers drop and the Navy let the Alaskans set foot on the sand of Hawaii. 24,000 men ravaged the island surprisingly, they have killed, confiscated and finally invaded the island. Soon, the Alaskan flag rose as the island finally succumbed to our troops. Soon, the invasion of Kauai began. With 36,250 soldiers stepping foot in the island as well as the robot division. Lihue was bombed to ashes as the invasion ended. Soon, Honolulu was also bombed, declaring the Alaskan invasion of the island of Oahu. The resistance was strong, but eventually the Alaskans took over the island and the fall of the Hawaiian capital to the Alaskans. Soon, what remained of Hawaii was easily taken with the fall of the capital. Hawaii officially became Alaskan territory on 23 December 2040.</span>

Government: The campaign ends on the February of 2040 (the 11th, to be accurate) for the elections for president and the results are in. The results are in and the conservatives win. Our new president Enrigue Alvaro is expected to come to the palace ( where the president lives) and the ceremony will happen next year. here are the results.

Backstory: Not much had happened in Panama in the last 20 years since 2017. Panama had gazed over the rise of the neo-nationalism around the world. Panama went through six more Presidents, ending with Blandon Figueroa (2039-2040) in the invasion of Panama by both Germany and California. After the invasion, both occupied forces set up their own "protectorates", "annexed", or "occupied" territories friendly to their governments (or against the other). Both East and West Panama has been at odds and small conflicts has been fired up to control the Panama Canal. The population of Panama had reached seven million by 2040.
Governments: West Panama, ruled by Amanda Doloroso (late 2040-present) is a technocracy mostly led by major corporations within the country. Amanda Doloroso, a former businesswomen, was appointed to form the new administration in West Panama. Bland Pizcaso was the German-friendly appointee who had worked with the German government to retain the occupied land as representative of German-sympathizers who see Germany as "less" oppressive/corrupted or as an alternative to California and Rebels, the government is mostly filled with Leftists and Moderates.

Economy: The economy of both had begun to show some difference. Obviously, both were negatively affects from losses of the Panama canal, but also gains if they control it. West Panama, controlling more urbanized populations, had benefited from Administration of Doloroso economic policies. However, West Panama had displayed higher levels of corruption (if any) over its Eastern counterpart. Meanwhile in the East Panama, the Administration had became obsessed with trying to FULLY control the Panama canal in order to catch up with the economic benefits of the West. The more Urban areas became noticeably poorer as efforts from Pizcaso's administration became more focused on controlling the Panama Canal.
