Story[]

In the year 2016, the UK leaves the European Union. Other countries start to do the same, and the EU becomes ultimately disbanded. Some of the leaving countries face an economical crisis, and need money. They decide to invade other nations to get some money. Europe becomes a battleground- countries spontaneously invading each other, and countries trying to defend themselves. Even some of Asia and Africa get involved!

BOSNIAN REBELS

Government: Tired of the oppression from Bosnia, The Republika Srpska declares a Uprising to take Complete control of Bosnia.

Politics: Peace talks with B&H Have already begun, But peace is unlikely at the moment.

Military: The Rebels take 19 provinces in the upper area's of B&H, Quickly building strongholds. Despite all it can, B&H Cannot take back control of these provinces.

Economics: The Rebels have collected taxes and seized money from banks in Providences they hold, Providing a modest income.

Diplomacy: Fuck you.

Country A: Srpska Rebels

Republic of Finland

Government:

The Republic of Finland gives the monarch a bit more power. They can act similar to a seat in Parliament now, although this has received negative response from the populace, who do not understand that it is NOT going to result in an Absolute Monarchy.

Laws:

Gay Marriage: It's legal in Finland.

Marijuana: Legalized. Usually used by soldiers before a battle.

Military:

Operation Meatbol (lol stupid name): The Finns, with funding from METO, begin placing heavy amounts of infantry on the border with Sweden. They send them an ultimatum- Join us or die.

Ground Forces: Finns that for some reason have a grudge against the Swedes join the military in rapid numbers. Swedish-speaking Finns have been killed by Finnish people, which the government tries stopping, but it does not work.

Naval Forces: Submarines spy on Swedish military operations, to give the Finns an advantage if war was to occur.

Air Forces: Flying over Swedish airspace, Practicing in case war happens. Finland also deploys multiple Transport Aircraft to Aland, full to the brim with troops, in case a Swedish invasion of Aland happens, which Finland believes would be Sweden's first target.

Diplomacy:

Sweden: Struggling with them. Sweden is not happy about the Finnish aircraft flying over their airspace, and even brought up the Ultimatum at a United Nations summit.

Norway: *if in italics, it is secret-

Finnish soldiers are being rapidly trained to enter Norway. A Covert Ops squadron is placed at the Finnish-Norwegian border. It is ready to invade Norway if needed.

United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland

Government: Boris Johnson is elected Prime Minister of England. The newly elected Prime Minister warns Scottish and people from Northern Ireland that any protest will be handled by force as the United Kingdom slowly turns into a Fascist state struggling to survive. The United Kingdom accepts in refugees in order to increase the population to make new jobs.
- Gay Marriage: Gay Marriage is legalized to prevent more revolts from occurring.
- Legalization of Weed: It is legalized since it is better than smoking and is a good drug when used correctly.
Economy: With the EU collapsed most of Europe is left in a state where they are poor, pretty much every nation that was part of the EU plus Iceland, Norway and Liechtenstein are affected by this crisis. Therefor the British Economy is dependent from tourism. The Government also works on Government made Universities to raise more money.
- GDP: The GDP of the UK remains at 2.6 Trillion. And is expected to rise slowly until the economical crisis is resolved.
Military: The UK spends 8% of their GDP on their military quadrupling what they spent last year which was only 2%, as of now The British Royal Army sits at around 250 Thousand Active Personnel and 90 Thousand Reserve Personnel. The UK makes a new tank, the Challenger 3 it is 25% stronger than the Challenger 2 and currently there are 50 of these tanks as the UK is recruiting more manufacturers.
- Wars and Conflicts:
  - British-Icelandic War: The UK declares war on Iceland as they have a great touristic potential. The UK sends in 5,000 troops to Iceland and capture Reykjavik. They later expand upwards and send in 10,000 more troops in order to occupy the whole nation. By November the whole nation is occupied and in December it is annexed.
Diplomacy:
- Ireland and The Netherlands: The United Kingdom asks them to join the UK.Northern Ireland will be given to Ireland and they will be able to speak their current languages. The United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland will also change its name to The United Kingdom of the British Isles and the Netherlands.
- France: The UK asks to but the region of Brittany and Nantes for 10 Billion.

Holy See (Vatican City)

Government: Pope Francis calls for the reconciliation of all European nations in order to achieve peace in the continent once again. He also says that the Vatican is willing to accept some refugees from nations affected by the war outbreak.
Economy: The economy remains stable thanks to donations from catholics around the world and tourism, although it is still sorta dependent of Italy.
Military: Although the Swiss Guard serves the purpose of defending the Vatican City, the Vatican plans to get a better military possible consisting of mecenaries to protect the country in response to the increasing number of conflicts in Europe. For now, the Swiss Guard is receiving actual military training with some modern weapons bought from Italy.
Diplomacy: The Vatican wishes to keep good relations with all nations in the world.
- Spain-Portugal: The Pope visits Spain and Portugal this year.
- Italy: The Holy See asks Italy to provide some military supplies for the defense of the small nation.

Turkey

Economy: The economy now is starting to boost more in Turkey, and decides to use some of its resources to help Istanbul after the attacks and secures cities as well.
Government: The government is now a monarch renaming into the ottoman caliphate, and also decides to build a wall in Istanbul and also people can only pass the wall if they have a Turkish passport and they are recognized as citezens. And accepts refugees only if they can help the Turkish government and people.
Military: The military heavily patrols in the borders of turkey with Syria, iraq, and kurdish ethnics. The kurdish population declines due to this and kurds move out of the area. And the military helps out the kurds and makes a deal with them to defeat isis once and for all.
Diplomacy: The new government wishes stable relations with nations, and helps aid the METO alliance.

Federal Republic of Germany (German Empire):

Government:
- 2016 Federal Elections: (Despite the actual elections being in 2017, I'm doing it now because empire.) This year, a new party arose in Germany. Based in Frankfurt, this party wants to bring monarchism to Germany. Named Tradition und Leben (Tradition and Life), they win the elections of 2016 since the German citizens believe that they will make Germany great again. Maximilian Böckler is crowned the new Kaiser of the German Empire. Any possible anti-monarchists are killed off, ultimately stabilizing the German state.
- Laws:
  - Drugs: Marijuana recreational use of up to 10 grams is legalized, and medical use is legalized up to any amount. The growth of cannabis is also legal up to five plants, although selling said marijuana without a license for it is illegal.
  - Abortion: Abortion is made strictly illegal by the Kaiser, although there are only two cases in which it is legal if asked to perform it by a doctor: rape, or socioeconomic status.
  - Military Policy: Maximilian puts the law that any male between the ages of 20 and 21 must serve at least one year in the military. Anyone who evades this requirement is eligible for a 100 dollar fine and 48 hours of community service.
  - Two-Child Policy: A policy is put into place that women must have two children in their lifetime so that the population of Germany can grow. Three or four children are also encouraged, but are not required.

Military:
- Wars and Conflicts:
  - Operation Marauder (Czechia, 2016 - ???): On the date of July 6th, 2016, the German Empire sends 75,000 of its most well trained soldiers into the nation of Czechia. These soldiers quickly capture the whole German-Czech borders, up to the town of Klatovy. Only 5,000 German soldiers while lost, were 7,500 Czech soldiers and 15,000 Czech citizens died by October 10th.
- Royal German Armed Forces (Königliche Bundeswehr): Since the implementation of required military serivce, the forces in the RGAF have grown significantly, although there are not as many trainers to train the new recruits so people who apply into the military are sometimes trained using virtual reality, although this training is quite crude.
  - Royal German Army (Königliche Deutsche Heer): The Heer of Germany has grown significantly since the implementation of the new military service law. There are currently 174,271 active forces and 125,562 reserve forces. There is also a total of 7,339 land systems, with there being 615 tanks, 6,426 AFVs, 172 SPGs, 54 towed-artillery, and 72 MLRSs.
  - Royal German Navy (Königliche Deutsche Marine): Germany's Navy hasn't grown as much as the Heer, but it still grew quite a bit. There are currently 72,152 active soldiers and 38,017 reserve soldiers in the Navy. There is also a total of 96 naval crafts, with there being 1 aircraft carrier, 16 frigates, 7 destroyers, 17 corvettes, 15 submarines, 13 coastal defence crafts, and 27 mines.
  - Royal German Air Force (Königliche Deutsche Luftwaffe): The German Empire's Air Force has grown not as much as the Navy nor the Land Forces, but has still grown. There are currently 58,821 active troops and 41,627 reserve soldiers. There is also a total of 1,248 aircrafts, with there being 180 fighters/interceptors, 176 fixed-wing aircraft, 372 transport aircraft, 69 trainer aircraft, 386 helicopters, and 65 attack helicopters.
  - Joint Support Service (Streitkräftebasis): The Joint Support Service of Germany was the branch of military that the least amount of men joined due to how hard people are required to work in it. Despite this, there are currently 46,217 active personnel and 15,572 reserve personnel.
  - Joint Medical Service (Zentraler Sanitätsdienst): The JMS was the branch of military that most men joined due to the easiness of its work. There are currently 72,872 active personnel and 52,982 reserve personnel.
  - Total Numbers: The total amount of soldiers in the Royal German Armed Forces is 697,688 soldiers, with there being 424,288 active personnel and 273,400 reserve personnel.

Diplomacy:
- Belgium: Germany demands that Belgium cedes the German-speaking minorities at the very east portion of Belgian land to Germany.
- Poland: The Germans 'purchase' their 1914 land from Poland for 10 billion Euros, and guaranteed support against Slovakia and Hungary.
- Finland: Finland and Germany together create METO, the Mainland European Treaty Organization.
- Turkey, Bosniak Serbian Rebels: The two are invited to METO, they accepted in chat.
- France: Germany asks France if they could buy Alsace-Lorraine for 100 million USD.

Analytics:
- Economy: Germany changes its currency from the Euro to the Tulden, due to the collapse of the European Union.
  - GDP: The current GDP of the German Empire is 3.87 trillion USD, while the GDP per capita is 47,352.19 USD.
- Population Census 2016: The results of the 2016 census for the population of the German Empire taken on December 31st, 2016 shows that the current population is 81,828,000 people.

Technology:
- German Aerospace Center: (Deutsches Zentrum für Luft- und Raumfahrt e.V.): Böckler invests heavily into the German Aerospace Center, in the hopes of becoming one of the first nations to have a person on Mars. The Germans' first manned Mars trip is expected to begin in 2022, with the creation of the Mars Manned Express, which will be finished in 2020 and launched in 2021.

Russia

Government:Putin got assassinated by a man called Alexander Tarkovskij.Due to this elections were brought forward and the new president is Alexei Ivanov under the Russian Front party which is a center-right party but it has liberal views on certain things.The goal of this party is to make russia great and reduce corruption and unemployment.The situation in the last 2 is improving but the 1st one is yet to be done.
- Legislation:
  - Drugs:Drugs are legalized but only for medical use
  - Gay marriage: Although it's not legalized yet due to the conservativeness of the population but all laws discriminating gays are abolished except the one which forbids them from child adoption.
  - 3 child policy: Due to low fertility rate the Russian government decided to follow Germany's example but with 3 child instead of 2 as in the future Europe will have many wars and the casualties need to be replaced.To make sure the population won't leave the country because of that law the government installed another law which allows Russians to leave their country only if they have 3 children.Altrough they are allowed to go on holidays but there's a limited amount of money which the government allows them to take with themselves so they won't start a new life abroad.
Military: As the Russian Front wants to make Russia a great nation and holds enough parliment seats to do so thus military spending is rising along with the number and quality of military equipment.
- Conflicts: Russia begins with the Caucasus on it's way to greatness. The invasion begins in 15th March and Finishes in 19th August with Russian victory as the combined population of the caucasian countries doesn't even reach 20 million.After the war is over all 3 of them is immediately annexed.
Economy: As the EU is gone the sanctions with it are also gone so the Russian economy can grow again and the ruble is getting stronger especially with gaining ownership over the oilfields in Baku.Meanwhile the government realizing how dependent the country is on it's oil and gas exports the country begins to improve other types of industries such as manufacturing (especially car manufacturing), banking and the service industry. However, there's also a huge boom in the arms manufacturing industry due to the militarization of the country so due to these factors unemployment is reduced.
Diplomacy:
- Belarus: Belarus is asked to join Russia.If they accept the country will be renamed to Eurasian Union.Russia claims they should join due to the strong friendship and cultural similarities between the 2 countries.
- Kazakhstan: Kazakhstan is asked to join Russia.If they accept the country will be renamed to Eurasian Union.Russia claims they should join due to the strong friendship between the 2 countries.
- France: An alliance is proposed.

Italian Republic

Government: At January Sergio Mattarella (president) decides to held a referendum asking if the elections votes should stay the same or if the population should choose the president, the second option won. At the July the popularity of political parties that want to leave EU start to rise and Sergio's popularity gets lower, another referendum is made asking if presidential elections should happen, 78% said yes, three main parties run for the presidency, the Democratic Nationalist Party wins the election with 67% of the votes, Icaro Belli is elected president.
- Laws:
  - Drugs: All drugs are legal for medicinal use, the government have plans to make a referendum asking if we should legalize marijuana
  - Same-Sex Marriage: The government now recognizes same-sex marriages
  - Three Child Policy: The government starts to send money and help families that have three or more child.
  - Social Programs: All the Social Programs have been cancelled
  - Immigration Policies: The immigration policies become more rigid, to enter in the country is much harder, Italy starts to accept less refugees, normally when refugees come to Italy 60% of them are sent to other countries in the Mediterranean sea or to small Italian islands.
  - Conscription: Now Italy have conscription, every man that completes 18 years have to make part of the army until he completes 21.
- European Union: At August Icaro Belli announces a new referendum to choose if Italy should leave or stay in the European Union, the referendum happens in September, after two days all the votes are counted and 68% of the population voted yes. Italy officially leaves the European Union in November.
Military:
- Italian National Armed Forces (Forze Armate Nazionali): After the conscription project have been approved in Italy the INAF started to grow fast.
  - Italian National Army (Esercito Nazionale Italiano): The INA started to grow fast since conscription have been implemented in the country, the INA consists in 337,895 active personnel and 49,142 reserve personnel. There is also a total of 8085 land systems, with there being 597 tanks, 7,193 AFV's, 178 Self-Propelled Guns, 102 Towed-Artilleries and 25 MLRSs
  - Italian National Navy (Marina Militare Italiana Nazionale): This year the navy increases pretty fast, The INN consists in 30,923 active personnel and 13,276 reserve personnel. There is also a total of 71 naval crafts, with there being 4 aircraft carriers, 16 frigates, 6 destroyers, 8 corvettes, 10 submarines, 12 coastal defense crafts and 15 mines.
  - Italian National Air Force (Italiano forza aerea nazionale): This year the air force grown less than the INN and the INA, the INAF consists in 45,923 active personnel and 21,312 reserve personnel. There is also a total of 1396 aircraft, with there being 123 fighters, 193 fixed-wing aircraft, 429 transport aircraft, 427 helicopters and 63 attack helicopters
  - Italian Support and Strategic Service (Supporto italiano e Servizio Strategico): The Italian Support and Strategic Service is a group of soldiers who decided to learn how to use strategic and use them in battles, the ISSS consists in 27,125 active personnel and no reserve personnel.
  - Italian Medical Division (Divisione Medica italiana): The Italian Medical Division is a division of medics who decided to help the military taking care of injured soldiers, it consists in 21,457 active medics and no reserve medic.
  - Total Number: The total number of soldiers in the Italian National Armed Forces are 547,053 soldiers, with there being 463,323 active personnel and 83,730 reserve personnel.
- Wars and Conflicts:
  - Italian Annexation of San Marino (2016): In 29th September, Icaro Belli orders 10,500 troops to cross the border with San Marino, the troops easily occupy the country with little or no resistance, San Marino is annexed in 23rd October.
  - Italian Annexation of Malta (2016): In 26th October, Icaro Belli once again order other annexation, this time he orders the navy to blockade Malta and 12,300 troops disembark there to annex the country, the country is annexed with little resistance but the anti-Italian groups are captured. In 14th November Malta is annexed.
  - Operation White Pine (2016): In 12th August, 40,000 of the most professional soldiers to Slovenia, at the begging the war is pretty balanced but after two weeks the Italian troops start to take advantage and start to get help from the INAF and the ISSS, at November Slovenia is fully captured and annexed.
Research:
- Space: The Italian Aero-espacial Lab (IAL) was created, the objective of the IAL is to study the space and send missions to other planets (specially Mars), prototypes are developed to send a man back to the Moon and Mars.
- Microwave Technology: The Italian government create the Italian Lab of Military Technology (ILMT), the lab starts to receive funds and start to work on the Microwave gun and tank, the tests made are until now a disaster because it hurts the own soldier, more tests will be made in the next years.
Economy: After leaving EU the Italian economy have a small crisis, the crisis isn't big and it ends by the end of the year, the government made four main things to help the economy, the first was to end all the social programs, the second was to adopt the newly created Italian Dollar as currency, the third is privatize many state companies and the fourth was invest in tourism and commerce. At the end of the year the economic growth was of 0.1%.
Diplomacy:
- Vatican City: We send 1 million Dollars and 2,000 random weapons to help them.
- France: We ask to them if we could buy Corsica for 100 million USD.
- Germany: We ask for an alliance.
- Tunisia: An Ultimatum is sent, join us or die.
- METO: Asks to join the alliance.
